Street Fighter Sagat Action Figure Review: The Best Yet!

It is 2026 and I am happily collecting two amazing Street Fighter lines. Storm Arena is focusing on the Alpha editions of of the property, and it just so happens that the latest release is my all-time favorite SF character. Enter: the King of Muay Thai, Sagat.

I have been lucky that Sagat has a pretty impressive run of action figures throughout his history. My focus is the 1:12-ish, so from SOTA toys, to Jada, to Storm, there have been some great ones. This one? This one might be the best one yet.

I loved the Alpha looks (for the most part), and as this is the first Sagat from that generation of the SF games, he comes out of the gate swinging. This figure is just fun to pose and play, and that is about the highest compliment I can give.

The construction is very solid, and all of the joints are strong, but buttery smooth. I love that the points make sense to further Sagat’s signature fighting poses, and the balance of the figure is really, really nice. This figure has toe hinges, and Sagat can balance beautifully on one foot with the toe hinge full engaged. That is IMPRESSIVE.

This line is shaping up really nicely and setting itself apart against what Jada Toys has been focusing on, so my overall Street Fighter collection just gets better and better in double time. Both of these lines are awesome.

It looks like Dan and Charlie are up next (hopefully soon) so adding some new characters to the roster is always an exciting prospect. I have been waiting to have Charlie and Guile together in figure form for a LONG time, so the future is definitely bright.
